My name is Jennifer, and as a personal trainer, my goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and its strength. My journey into my fitness career began with yoga, and I aim to blend yoga principles into every session. I want each of my clients to tune into where they are each day so that they can bring their best to every session. My approach centers on strengthening both the body and the mind, helping you build resilience and confidence.

Melissa - Yoga Specialist
Hey! I’m Melissa. Though hesitant at first, I began my yoga practice in 2014 and soon found it allowed me to connect with myself and be present while navigating the stress of grad school. As a (former) anthropologist, I offer a deep sense of curiosity. I am constantly observing and asking questions in order to be a better resource to those around me. I want to know what makes you you: why do you wake up in the morning and what brings you to your mat. As a yoga practitioner, I design my classes to balance effort and ease in yoga, and life. When I’m not on my mat, I’m baking, reading, consulting, leading the best cook(book) club in Philly, and (sometimes) running.

Namaste, I’m Gabbi! My practices are about personal liberation and embodiment. I have experienced free movement as a catalyst for my own healing, and now my purpose and passion is to share this powerful tool with others. Moving our bodies out of love and curiosity rather than judgment or expectation, invites us to dance with the flow of life. As a yoga teacher, pilates instructor, transformational coach, and sound healer, I create experience for curious self-healers to feel connected and supported when seeking their truth and striving towards their goals.

Hi, I’m Dave and I operate from the heart. My passion is to teach diverse methods of healing through thoughtful combinations of therapeutic, philosophical, and dynamic movements. I have navigated my own darkness through homelessness and addiction before finding my light in Yoga. My shoes are full of lessons. I believe in unifying scientific and spiritual studies in order to create unique programming that benefits our clients’ specific needs.

Marina - Human Performance Specialist
Hey! My name is Marina, but your kids might call me Mermaid Mina during class. I have been working with swimmers of all ages from infants to adults for the last 15 years. It has been my greatest gift imparting the joys of swimming to my clients. For me, the water has always been my safe space. It’s where I go to ground, rejuvenate, and reconnect with myself — which is what I hope to share with my clients.
Additionally, I have experienced incredible breakthroughs through consistent yoga practice and energy healing, which I began practicing while living abroad. Now back in Philly, it is a privilege to share mindfulness and embodiment practices with clients looking to find reprieve from the daily hustle and grind. I aim to slow things down enough to allow your system to recalibrate to harmony. Whether it’s in the pool or on the mat, I look forward to seeing you to your personal success.
